The duvet is beautiful and well made. It was a nice soft quality to it and there is a zipper enclosed for both the duvet and the pillowcases. I had to make a return because I wanted the larger size. I was able to reach out to someone and ask questions on the process. I received return information and was refunded in a timely manner. I had to purchase the larger size separately. Very nice duvet cover and shams. Looks like the photo. Thought it would be heavier velvet, but pleased with what I received. Had an issue with tracking the package delivery, but the company was quick to respond, then I received the package sooner than expected. Great service.
