Step 3: Not the Right Fit? Let Us Know

Contact us before the 120 nights are up, and we’ll arrange a comfort exchange for a mattress that suits you better. A $199 redelivery fee applies to all comfort exchanges.

  • The 120-Night Sleep Trial applies to select qualifying mattresses only. Check individual product pages for eligibility.

  • A minimum of 30 nights is required before initiating a comfort exchange. Your body needs time to adjust.

  • Mattresses must be in like-new condition — free from stains, damage, and with the original label tag intact.

  • A $199 redelivery fee applies to all comfort exchanges. Your replacement mattress must be of equal or greater value.

  • The replacement mattress is not eligible for a second comfort exchange.

  • This trial covers comfort exchanges only.
