Where do you ship?

We currently only ship in the Continental US (not Hawaii, Alaska or other countries).

We do not typically ship to PO boxes. We unfortunately don't ship to APO, FPO or DPO addresses.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually processed and shipped 2-4 business days. 

Ashley products are usually processed and shipped in 4 to 6 business days.

Closeouts Item are usually processed and shipped in 1-3 Weeks

Back order items may take up to 2-6 weeks to ship.

FREE shipping on orders over $99. We use a variety of carriers, depending on the product and region. Smaller items will be shipped with common carriers such as USPS, FedEx and UPS.

FedEx ground shipping takes anywhere from 2-5 additional business days to arrive. If you live in a remote region, sometimes it can take more.

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet shipped.

Once an order has been shipped or is in transit, it cannot be canceled.

If a customer requests cancellation after shipment, the cancellation may only be processed with the customer’s explicit agreement to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from any refund issued.

Restocking fees apply due to outbound shipping costs, carrier fees, handling, inspection, and restocking expenses incurred once the item has left our warehouse.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these shipping and cancellation terms.
