First, THANK YOU for your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a purchase simply doesn't work out. So not to worry, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or if you need to cancel your order, simply contact us via email (info@cloudymattress.com) to request a return or cancellation, and we will gladly assist you.
*You may cancel an order any time prior to processing, any cancellations requested after an order has been processed will be subject to return shipping cost. In the event of a cancellation, this cost will be calculated based on order details.
We offer returns & trials for most items. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. If you purchased a product using an offer code, the dollar value of the offer code will not be refunded or credited back if any or all products are returned. Once the products have been returned and if such products fulfill the terms and conditions herein, you will be refunded in the next 5-7 business days. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

Malouf
Our 100-night sleep trial applies only to mattresses, adjustable bases, and sleep bundles purchased on cloudymattress.com. All other returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Purchases made in-store or through a retailer's website will have a separate policy and must be handled with that retailer. To return an online purchase, send us an email at cloudymattressus@gmail.com.

Bundles:Sleep bundle returns must be initiated within 100 days of delivery. Because it takes time for your body to adjust to a sleep bundle, we ask that you try it for a minimum of 30 days. If after that time you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return.
To be eligible for return, the adjustable base must be functional, clean, and undamaged. You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return or pay a fee of $399 and Cloudy Mattress will be responsible for return shipping cost. Once it arrives, we will do an inspection of the base before initiating your return. If the adjustable base or mattress is damaged when delivered to your home, you must contact Cloudy Mattress within 48 hours and provide proof of damage.
Mattresses only qualify for a full refund if a protector was used during the 100-day trial period. Cloudy Mattress provides a free protector with every mattress purchase. You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return or pay a fee of $399 and Cloudy Mattress will be responsible for return shipping cost.

Accessories: All accessory returns (bedding, pillows, protectors, and toppers) must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, the product cannot be opened or used. You can also initiate a return if the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit.
You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return or pay a fee of $29 and Cloudy Mattress will be responsible for return shipping cost. If the product is damaged when delivered to your home, you must contact Cloudy Mattress within 48 hours and provide proof of damage.
I Love Pillow
Allow yourself at least 30 days and if you still don't love your pillow within 100 nights, please contact us at info@cloudymattressus.com to initiate your return.
For all accessories, you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return or pay a fee of $29 and Cloudy Mattress will be responsible for return shipping cost. If the product is damaged when delivered to your home, you must contact Cloudy Mattress within 48 hours and provide proof of damage.

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your order.
To obtain a full refund, items returned must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging. Only products purchased directly from www.cloudymattress.com are eligible for returns. You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return or pay a fee of $29 and Cloudy Mattress will be responsible for return shipping cost. If the product is damaged when delivered to your home, you must contact Cloudy Mattress within 48 hours and provide proof of damage.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
BEDGEAR
Mattresses:
Purchasing a Performance mattress qualifies you to be covered by our Personal Fit Promise™. Designed to fit for you, if not working exactly right for you, we have you covered. If you have purchased a mattress and are not completely satisfied, you may return your mattress within 30 days from your original date of delivery. Please allow at least 21 days to adjust to the new mattress. Only unopened mattresses can be returned within 100 days. You will be responsible for return shipping.
M3 Mattress:
If you have purchased an M3 mattress and are not completely satisfied, we will replace the Independent Suspension on one side of the mattress within 30 days from your original date of delivery.
After replacing the Independent Suspension and you are still not satisfied, we will refund the M3 mattress. Your purchase will be refunded to your original method of payment, less an end-of-life fee of $199.
Only unopened M3 mattresses can be returned within 100 days. You will be responsible for return shipping.
Kids Mattresses:
Only unopened kids mattresses can be returned within 100 days. You will be responsible for return shipping.
Crib Mattresses:
Only unopened crib mattresses can be returned within 100 days. You will be responsible for return shipping.
Adjustable Bases:
All adjustable bases are non-refundable
Pillows:
Purchasing a Performance pillow qualifies you to be covered by our Personal Fit Promise. Designed to fit for you, if not working exactly right for you, we have you covered. If you have purchased a Performance pillow and are not completely satisfied, you may return your pillow within 30 days from your original date of delivery. You will be responsible for return shipping.
