Cloudy Mattress acts as a retailer. While we may assist you in submitting and managing warranty claims, we are not the manufacturer and are not responsible for manufacturing defects.

Warranty terms, coverage periods, and conditions may vary depending on the brand and product.

What Is Typically Covered

Most manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship, such as:

  • Structural defects in the mattress

  • Manufacturing faults in foam, springs, or internal components

  • Abnormal sagging or indentations beyond specified limits

Coverage applies only when the product has been used under normal conditions and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

What Is Not Covered

Warranties generally do not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Comfort preference or changes in firmness

  • Minor body impressions within acceptable limits

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or accidents

  • Stains, spills, or unsanitary conditions

  • Use of an improper or unsupported foundation

Natura

The Natura Hybrid collection includes a 10-year non-prorated warranty covering manufacturer defects. For additional details, please refer to the warranty documentation provided with your product.

Blu Sleep

Blu Sleep products are covered under the following limited warranty terms:

  • 10-year limited warranty for all mattresses

  • 10-year limited warranty for mattress protectors and covers

  • 1-year limited warranty for Ceramo, Ceramo Surround, Air Memory, and Air Memory Surround pillows and pillow covers

  • 5-year limited warranty for all other pillows

  • 3-year limited warranty for all other pillow covers

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Bundle of Dreams

Bundle of Dreams products include a limited lifetime warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty:

  • Applies only to the original purchaser

  • Requires valid proof of purchase

  • Is non-transferable

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse or improper handling

  • Stains or damage caused by liquids, chemicals, or contaminants

  • Intentional or accidental damage

  • Products missing the original manufacturer’s label

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs associated with warranty claims.

Ashley Mattresses and Adjustable Bases

Ashley products are covered by limited warranties provided by Ashley Industries, Inc. These warranties apply only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable, subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

Coverage includes:

  • Power Foundation Frame — Limited Lifetime Warranty (1 year labor coverage)

  • Power Foundation Mechanism and Electrical Components — 3 years parts and labor

  • Mattress — 10-year limited warranty (1 year labor coverage)

  • Foundation — 10-year limited warranty (1 year labor coverage)
