Super comfortable. Amazing support. Hasn't gone flat yet, had it 2 months. Cooler than other pillows I've tried, and I do cover the bamboo case with a normal cotton pillow case to protect it and it's still pretty cool. I would buy this again. It has a slightly odd scent for a while, but nothing distracting. I have allergies and migraines but this scent doesn't bother either for me.

I ordered two of these for my husband and I. They arrived quickly as promised The directions suggested washing the outer cover and letting the pillow air out for a couple of days. I did that and there is no more odor. They feel like a dream! I usually have shoulder and neck pain every morning. Since using these pillows I can honestly say, I haven't had any.
Nice and full. Works well for side and especially back sleeping. Price is very competitive and material is by far the best of encountered so far. Exterior cover is almost like velvet. This is my go to pillow I am reaching for every night before bed. Only complaint is it lacks the ability to be fluffed which is more of a personal preference than a product evaluation.
The pillow keeps cooler than other memory foam pillows I have purchased. The height of the pillow is great about six inches, I thought that the shredded memory foam would make the pillow to soft like a standard pillow but it concave and conform to my head nicely in any position. I have had their standard memory foam pillow in both high and low loft and this is my favorite. Very little odor and the scent dissipates in a week or so.
I was having chronic neck pain from my previous pillow which no longer supported me. Found this pillow locally for $149 and it was only $49 on Amazon! Love it. Plan to buy more for the family now. Very firm yet supportive. It's puffy so it will raise you up some but it's really comfy after you sink in a bit.
