Our pillows ship from different states in the US, (it’s not sitting in a warehouse somewhere collecting dust!). The pillow, once compressed, will ship in a box directly to your door. We will send you an email with your tracking details as soon as your mattress leaves the building.
Return Policy
We understand that sometimes a purchase simply doesn't work out. So not to worry, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or if you need to cancel your order, simply contact us via email (cloudymattressus@gmail.com) to request a return or cancellation, and we will gladly assist you.
What does the warranty cover?
This warranty covers any defects in the materials or workmanship, with the exceptions of excessive wear and tear, stains, misuse or improper maintenance, alteration or repair by unauthorized representatives, and damage resulting from transit or handling.
What does the Mattress warranty cover?
The Malouf mattress warranty is available for 10 years from purchase date. Customers must use a mattress protector on their mattress, or it will void the warranty.

Accessories
All accessory returns (bedding, pillows, protectors, and toppers) must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. You can initiate a return if the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit. You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return. If the product is damaged when delivered to your home, you must contact Cloudy Mattress within 48 hours and provide proof of damage.
Mattresses
Mattress returns must be initiated within 100 days of delivery. Because it takes time for your body to adjust to a new mattress, we ask that you sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 30 days. If after that time you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return.
Mattresses only qualify for a full refund if a mattress protector was used during the 100-day trial period. If the mattress is damaged when delivered to your home, you must contact Cloudy Mattress within 48 hours and provide proof of damage.
Adjustable Bases
Adjustable base returns must be initiated within 100 days of delivery. Because it takes time for your body to adapt to an adjustable base, we ask that you try it for a minimum of 30 days. If after that time you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return.
To be eligible for return, the adjustable base must be functional, clean, and undamaged. You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return. Once it arrives, we will do an inspection of the base before initiating your return. If the adjustable base is damaged when delivered to your home, you must contact Cloudy Mattress within 48 hours and provide proof of damage.
