T-Shirt-Like Breathable Cover

The Flow's cover is engineered for maximum breathability, using a soft, t-shirt-like fabric that allows continuous airflow across the sleep surface.

The fabric is removable and machine washable, keeping the compact cooling pillow for travel fresh across every trip. Hot sleepers get a surface that breathes actively rather than trapping heat against the skin.

Four-Sided Air-X Mesh Cross-Ventilation

Air-X mesh panels run on all four sides of the pillow gusset, working together with the breathable cover to create cross-ventilation through the entire pillow. Warm air exits the core from multiple points simultaneously rather than building up inside.

This is the same Air-X system used across BEDGEAR's full performance pillow line, applied to a travel-sized form factor.

Shredded React Blend Fill

The fill is a React blend of shredded responsive foam mixed with silk-like fibers. It sculpts to the exact shape of the head and neck on contact, providing conforming support that responds to movement throughout the night.

The silk-like fibers soften the fill and prevent the foam pieces from clumping or separating during travel. This small breathable travel pillow with washable cover holds its shape and loft consistently, whether used under the head, behind the lower back, or between the knees.

The Flow's breathability comes from two systems operating parallel. The t-shirt-like cover allows air to pass through its open knit structure. The four-sided Air-X mesh panels then create a second, independent airflow path directly into and out of the pillow core. Warm air has two simultaneous exit routes: through the cover surface and through the mesh gusset panels. This cross-ventilation prevents hot air from accumulating at any single point, keeping the core closer to ambient room temperature than a single-layer breathable pillow can.

Shredded React foam pieces operate independently inside the fill, so when one section compresses under head or lumbar contact, the surrounding pieces are not affected. The fill recovers instantly when pressure shifts, which matters during travel because sleep positions change frequently. The silk-like fibers distributed through the fill prevent the foam pieces from migrating to one end of the pillow during transit, maintaining even loft and support from the first use to the last.
