Shipping
Our mattresses ship from different states in the US, so the product takes a little more time to get to you (it’s not sitting in a warehouse somewhere collecting dust!). The mattress, once compressed, will ship in a box directly to your door. We are currently experiencing delays due to COVID-19, so it may take up to 2 weeks to receive your mattress. We will send you an email with your tracking details as soon as your mattress leaves the building.
Orders are usually processed and shipped 2-4 business days.
Ashley products are usually processed and shipped in 5 to 10 business days.
FREE shipping on orders over $99. We use a variety of carriers, depending on the product and region. Smaller items will be shipped with common carriers such as USPS, FedEX and UPS.
FedEx ground shipping takes anywhere from 1-5 additional business days to arrive. If you live in a remote region, sometimes it can take more.
