I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been placed. We can however cancel an order at any point before it ships out. You can then place a new order for the correct product. 


How do I cancel my order?
Please contact us by email (cloudymattress@gmail.com) IMMEDIATELY with your order number, and state that you would like to cancel your order.  Please also include Cancel Order as the subject so we can take care of the cancellation as quickly as possible. 

We can cancel your order as long as it has not been processed or shipped. If we're contacted right away, we can generally catch the order before it begins processing. 

Once your order is canceled you will receive a refund via your original payment method. Please keep in mind the refund may take up to 10 business days to fully process through your bank/appear in your account.  You will receive a refund email once your refund is processed by us.


What are your shipping rates?

We offer FREE SHIPPING to anywhere within the contiguous 48 States on all orders over $99.
$9.99 SHIPPING on all orders less than $99.


Where do you ship?
We currently only ship in the Continental US (not Hawaii, Alaska or other countries).

We do not typically ship to PO boxes. We unfortunately don't ship to APO, FPO or DPO addresses.


When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped 2-4 business days. 
Ashley products are usually processed and shipped in 5 to 10 business days. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.


Where is my order confirmation?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.  If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add cloudymattressus@gmail.com to your safe sender list. You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.


How can I track my order?
You can check on the status of your order at any time by using the tracking number and link provided in your order fulfillment email. Please check your "Order Has Shipped" email. If you can't find it, please reach out to us by navigating to the Contact us page and sending us a message.

Also, you can track your delivery by going into your order history within your Account, then choose ‘track my order” where your courier information will appear.  


Why was my order canceled?
Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, we will contact you within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. 


Can I return  items that were purchased on Sale?
A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. 


How long does it take to process my return?
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

How do I care for my product?

All of our merchandise come with care labels and/or washing instructions attached on the product. Please refer to the washing instructions included with each product.

What's the difference between a comforter, duvet cover, and bedding set?
A duvet cover requires an insert, such as one of our cozy down or down alternative inserts. 

A comforter comes pre-filled, adding convenience but limiting some flexibility in selecting your own insert.

A bedding set is what we call our collections that offer both a duvet and comforter option.
Our customers love these styles so much that for many of our product lines, we decided to offer it in both flavors!

How soon can I sleep on my mattress after receiving it?

We recommend opening your mattress and letting it expand for up to 72 hours. If your mattress remains compressed from shipping after 72 hours, please contact us at cloudymattressus@gmail.com and a member of our team will get back to you shortly.

How can I wash my pillows?

  • For the CERAMO pillow: Machine wash on a delicate cycle and tumble dry at no heat.
  • For all other pillows: please spot clean with a damp towel, as machine washing could damage the foam. 

Can the covers on the pillows be washed? 

Our covers are machine washable. We recommend using cold water and then hanging to dry.

Do you recommend adding a pillow case?

This is entirely up to your preference. We find our cooling pillow covers to be very comfortable :)

This is a process that uses water instead of chemicals to expand our pillow foams for a more natural product.

What is sleep cool technology and how does it work?

Our products are developed with Sleep Cool Technology which works by using breathable and heat dissipating materials to keep your body at the perfect sleeping temperature. This technology is specially engineered in our pillow and mattress foams as well as our covers to absorb body heat, keeping you cool all night long. 

What the difference between gel and memory foam?

All of our pillows are manufactured in Italy using the highest quality foams. These breathable foams and support your head and neck and the differences are as follows:

  • Memory foams are quick responding and feel cozy - like a giant stress ball.

  • Gel foams are 3,000 times more breathable than traditional memory foam and have a softer, bouncier feel.

What are the dimensions of the pillows?

The dimensions of our pillows are as follows:

  • Standard - 23.5''x15.75"x4.75" – For Back/Stomach Sleepers

  • Queen Low Profile - 28.5"x16.5"x4.75" – For Back/Stomach Sleepers

  • Queen Mid Profile - 28.75"x17"x5.5" – For All Sleep Styles

What is the difference between high profile, low profile, and mid profile options?

This refers to the height of the pillow. If you have any questions about what pillow height is the right fit for you and your sleeping style, please check our product dimensions.

What is the difference between side sleeper pillows and back & stomach sleeper pillows?

Our side sleeper pillows are larger in height and are preferred by most side sleepers. They are considered to be high profile pillows. Our back & stomach sleeper pillows are lower in height compared to the side sleeper pillows and are preferred by most back & stomach sleepers. They are considered to be low profile pillows.

Can I use your mattress on an adjustable base?

Our mattresses are made to suit all bases, including adjustable ones.

Why should I buy a Natura mattress?

Can I use an adjustable base?

Yes! All Natura mattresses are designed to work on any adjustable base.

What type of boxspring will I need for my Natura mattress?

You will need a supportive boxspring, foundation or platform to place your mattress on. 

Can I fold the mattress?

Your Natura mattress is compressed and rollpacked for shipping, so it is very flexible. While it is ok to flex and band your mattress, we do not suggest you fold it, as the materials will not fully recover.

Are there coils in the Natura mattresses?

Our Natura Hybrid collection features back supportingindividually wrapped coils. It is designed to give you the right support while minimize motion transfer for more restful sleep.

Do I need to flip my mattress?

No, your Natura mattress is designed so that you do not need to flip it over. However, we recommend that you rotate the mattress from head to toe every 2-3 months to evenly distribute the normal wear and tear on the sleep surface.

What is a hybrid mattress?

A Hybrid mattress is the perfect combination of back support from pocketed coil innerspring systems and pressure relieving foam layers. We offer plush, firm and cushion firm feel. Just choose the right one for you!
