I've been going back and forth on whether I wanted medium or soft for years. The iSwitch solved the problem entirely. Medium side for weeknights when I need support for work the next day soft side on weekends when I want to sink in. Both sides are genuinely high quality not one good side and one filler. Great concept but flipping alone is hard

I love having two firmness options and both sides sleep well. My only complaint is flipping a 12-inch queen mattress alone is genuinely difficult. It requires a second person and some planning.
