I have been using it for over a month and it help a lot with some hip pain I've been having. The sleeping on the side was not the cause of the pain but it was definitely not helping to recover! Something I really like is that the pillow stays cool between my legs and even if I change position or flip side when sleeping it stays on place.

Cooling and Comfortable.
This knee pillow is very cooling and comfortable. It provides me with great support for my knees as I’m a side sleeper. The ergonomical design is perfect for a side sleeper like myself. It is firm but soft at the same time. I sleep a lot better with this between my knees. I’d recommend this knee pillow to anyone.

I was having a lot of hip joint pain in the mornings and this pillow has helped immensely! It is soft but holds enough shape that it feels supportive, and it is a cool fabric that doesn’t make my legs hot, so it is very comfortable. I would recommend this pillow!
