I have been looking for a pillow in this style for years and finally found one and bought it on the spot! I have a very bad back and can only sleep on one side of my body which causes all kinds of problems. I needed this style to keep my head from sliding off and kinking my neck and so far I absolutely love it! It works perfecting on both sides of the pillow! It is so comfortable! Hopefully it will continue! The only thing missing that I do like is a bit of cooling mixed into it but so far I haven't found it hot.
