Our mattresses ship from different states in the US, so the product takes a little more time to get to you (it’s not sitting in a warehouse somewhere collecting dust!). The mattress, once compressed, will ship in a box directly to your door. We are currently experiencing delays due to COVID-19, so it may take up to 2 weeks to receive your mattress. We will send you an email with your tracking details as soon as your mattress leaves the building.
Orders are usually processed and shipped 2-4 business days.

I just received my order! King comforter with the king cream velvet quilt, along with the rugs and towels. I am so very very happy with this purchase! This bedding is high quality and more brown grey then advertised. I like how heavy the fabric is it reminds me of couch fabric. I love it and am happy with my purchase.
I’ve had this duvet already for a year and we still LOVE it. Great heavy duty quality. We do machine wash it on gentle and have had a couple fabric pulls but nothing too noticeable, but I’m sure dry cleaning it would produce better results. I’d really recommend this set and would purchase again hands down.
Purchased this for a teenage granddaughter’s birthday. Great quality and looks great in the room. She paired it up with chocolate brown curtains and a cowhide rug. Delivery was very quick.
