I say zero gravity the base moves. I say massage on it starts. Ten minutes later I'm completely relaxed and asleep. The microphone is built in so there's no separate device to deal with. This is the most effortless sleep routine I've ever had and I've tried a lot of things.

I have hip problems and getting in and out of bed was genuinely painful. The high low lift raises the entire base so I can get in at a comfortable height and lower it for sleeping. It sounds simple but it has changed my daily life. Combined with zero gravity and massage this is the most thoughtful adjustable base I've ever seen.

The tilt function adjusts the whole base at a slight angle which is helpful for circulation. My complaint is the range of tilt is narrower than I expected - only a few degrees. For mild circulation support it works. If you need significant tilt for a medical condition you may want more range. Everything else about this base is excellent.
