I know it sounds gimmicky but telling the base to go to zero gravity when my hands are full or I'm already half asleep is surprisingly handy. Voice response is fast and accurate - I haven't had a misfire yet. The rest of the features are equally impressive. This is a seriously well-engineered product.

The snoring isn't completely gone but it's reduced by probably 70%. Combined with zero gravity massage and the voice commander this is the most feature-rich base I've ever seen at this price.

The wall hugger keeps everything flush while still allowing full head elevation. It's seamless. Combined with zero gravity massage and the LED this is the most complete sleep setup I've had.

Anti-snore has helped my partner. Wall hugger keeps our setup clean. Extend deck supports our tall mattress perfectly. Not one feature has been wasted.

The wall hugger function is great - my headboard stays flush even when I raise the head. But the extend deck feature was not explained well in the manual. Took me a while to figure out it slides out to support longer mattresses. Once I understood it everything worked fine. South Bay needs better documentation. The base itself is excellent when you know how to use it.
