Our mattresses ship from different states in the US, (it’s not sitting in a warehouse somewhere collecting dust!). The mattress, once compressed, will ship in a box directly to your door. We will send you an email with your tracking details as soon as your mattress leaves the building.

Does not apply to purchases made from third-party retailers or Amazon Law tag must remain on the mattress. Returns are void if law tag is removed.

Mattress cannot be returned due to normal wear and tear, stains left by consumer, or because of insufficient support.

If you wish to return an unopened mattress, contact us within the 30 nights and we will arrange for return. Unopened returns must be sent back to Cloudy Mattress and confirmed by Cloudy Mattress.

Absolutely no refunds or returns will be granted after 30 nights.

Products must have been used only for its intended purpose. This includes using the product on an appropriate base, frame, or foundation. Environmental damage, such as mold, due to the misuse of the product in this way voids return eligibility.

Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return, or pay a fee of $399 and Cloudy Mattress will be responsible for return shipping cost.
