Two mattresses in one - genius design

I've been going back and forth on whether I wanted medium or soft for years. The iSwitch solved the problem entirely. Medium side for weeknights when I need support for work the next day soft side on weekends when I want to sink in. Both sides are genuinely high quality not one good side and one filler. Best mattress decision I've made.

Great concept but flipping alone is hard

I love having two firmness options and both sides sleep well. My only complaint is flipping a 12-inch queen mattress alone is genuinely difficult. It requires a second person and some planning. If you live alone factor that in. The mattress itself is excellent - just wish South Bay included some kind of handle or strap to make the flip easier.

Both sides feel premium - no compromise

I expected one good side and one acceptable side. Both sides are legitimately excellent. The medium provides real support without being hard and the soft side has genuine plush comfort without feeling like quicksand. The 12-inch profile means there's enough material on each side to deliver a real sleep experience. South Bay didn't cut corners on either face.

I use the medium for back pain the soft for recovery days

On most days the medium side gives me the spinal support I need. After long runs or when my back is acting up I flip to the soft side for extra cushioning. Having that option without buying two mattresses is genuinely valuable. Three months in and both sides still feel exactly as they did on arrival.

Solved our firmness disagreement immediately

My partner likes soft I like medium. We've compromised on mediocre mattresses for years. The iSwitch let us each pick our side and just flip it based on who's more tired or sore.
