3-Year Limited Warranty

This warranty is valid for three years from the original date of purchase and covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship. It does not cover products that are stained or show signs of wear and tear, normal changes in softness or resilience (including impressions less than an inch deep), improper care, or damage caused by use on uneven mattresses or other surfaces. Malouf™ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if additional exclusions apply. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser residing in the United States or Canada and does not protect counterfeit products or products purchased from unauthorized retailers. Malouf™ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if additional exclusions apply.

Malouf™ will repair, replace, or refund any product that proves to be defective in materials or craftsmanship. At its sole discretion, MaloufTM retains the right to resolve a warranty claim by offering a refund instead of repairing or replacing defective items. In the event a refund is offered, the maximum value the original purchaser receives shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. By sending any personal information, the original purchaser expressly consents to Malouf’s Privacy Notice and Terms of Use.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The foregoing warranty shall be exclusive and in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties otherwise arising by operation of law, course of dealing, custom, trade, or otherwise. Neither the seller nor the manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential arising out of the use or inability to use this product. This warranty and any dispute related thereto will be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, U.S.A, except for its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts in Utah will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to this warranty.
