We understand that sometimes a purchase simply doesn't work out. So not to worry, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or if you need to cancel your order, simply contact us via email (cloudymattressus@gmail.com) to request a return or cancellation, and we will gladly assist you.
We offer returns for most items within 30-days of delivery. All merchandise must simply be returned in its original condition. Some exceptions may apply. See below for more details.
*Please note that any cancellations requested after an order has shipped will be subject to return shipping cost. In the event of a cancellation, this cost will be calculated based on order details.
Mattresses
We offer a 100 nights trial on all NATURA mattresses ONLY.
Mattresses may be returned within 30-days of delivery, at only the cost of return shipping. Return shipping cost is typically a flat rate fee of $199 total.
*Exceptions that can effect this may include the condition of the mattress, expiration of the return period, no original packaging or tags etc.
Beds
All beds may be returned within 30-days of delivery, at only the cost of return shipping. Please retain all original packing materials, as the item must be returned in its original condition. In the event of a return, simply contact us to make this request and have the item carefully re-packaged so that we may assist you with the necessary return shipping arrangements.
Adjustable Bases
Please be aware that adjustable bases are non-returnable. Although adjustable bases do not qualify for a standard return, they are each backed by a manufactures warranty of up to 20-years.
Bedding
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your order, at only the cost of return shipping. To obtain your refund, items returned must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging. In the event of a return, simply contact us to make this request and have the item carefully re-packaged so that we may assist you with the necessary return shipping arrangements.
*Bedding items must be returned un-opened in original condition, it otherwise will be subject to a restocking fee applied.
Exchanges
For the sake of speed and simplicity, we do not do traditional “exchanges.” Rather, we invite you to return any product you wish and ask that you place a new order for the product(s) you’d like to have in exchange.
Damages & Defects
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, we will make every effort to resolve this for you by assisting you with a return and or sending a replacement. For scheduled deliveries, you must notate any damages on the delivery receipt or refuse the shipment at the time of delivery. Any visible imperfections to the packaging or the item itself must be recorded on the delivery receipt when signing for acceptance.
If your item is delivered damaged but delivery was unscheduled and you were not present at the time of delivery, simply report any damages right away and we will assist you resolving this. All damages must be reported in a timely manner, so please be sure to inspect your shipment and save all original packing materials just in case.
Other Important Information
All credits will be issued to the original method of payment.
If you purchased a product using an offer code, the dollar value of the offer code will not be refunded or credited back if any or all products are returned.
